Un delincuente a bordo de una moto le robó el celular a un vecino que iba caminando. Tras una persecución los efectivos detuvieron al ladrón.
La Policía de la Ciudad logró capturar a un motochorro en Almagro, el cual minutos antes le había robado el celular a un vecino.
Personal de la Comisaría Vecinal 5 A de la Policía de la Ciudad se encontraba en tareas de despliegue territorial cuando observó a un sujeto a bordo de una moto, el cual aprovechando la distracción de un transeúnte le arrebató el celular, en la intersección de Humahuaca y Bulnes, para luego darse a la fuga dejando a la víctima herida con un corte en la nariz.
Ante esta situación los efectivos policiales iniciaron la persecución logrando atrapar al delincuente en la intersección de Sarmiento y Gallo.
Con la presencia de dos testigos se lo requisó, encontrando entre sus pertenencias el celular denunciado, además se le secuestró la moto con la que intentaba escapar.
El Juzgado Nacional en lo Criminal y Correccional N°42 a cargo del Dr. Lanz María dispuso el traslado del imputado, un individuo peruano de 39 años, a la dependencia de la Comisaría Vecinal 5 A de la Policía de la Ciudad.
