Rápidamente los oficiales procedieron a detener la marcha a fines de labrar un acta policial en la intersección de la calle Cantilo y la avenida Lope de Vega.

Luego de identificarlos, fueron requisados encontrándole a uno de ellos en la cintura una pistola Bersa calibre 380 con el cargador colocado compuesto por doce cartuchos de bala intactos y uno en la recámara.

La Fiscalía Contravencional N°24 a cargo del Dr. Pagano Mata, Secretaría del Dr. Muscillo dispuso la detención y traslado de los imputados a la comisaría de la zona.

Se labraron actuaciones por “portación ilegal de arma de guerra compartida”.
