Cuando los policías le preguntaron qué hacía en el lugar, éste no pudo justificarse y se puso nervioso, actitud que llamó la atención de los oficiales que solicitaron la presencia de testigos para requisar el rodado.
Así fue como encontraron en el interior del mismo, una mochila que contenía nueve envoltorios de cocaína, nueve de marihuana, la suma de 9.600 pesos y dos celulares.
En cuanto al automóvil, no contaba con pedido de secuestro.
La Fiscalía en lo Penal, Contravencional y de Faltas Número 11, a cargo del doctor Massaglia y ante la Secretaría Única del doctor Pérez Bustos, ordenó la detención del imputado y el secuestro de los elementos encontrados y del vehículo.
Se labraron actuaciones por infracción a la Ley 23.737 (Ley de Drogas).
