Tras cuatro meses de investigación, la Policía de la Ciudad detuvo a un hombre con pedido de captura, acusado de abuso sexual agravado de una niña de 10 años, hija de su ex pareja, entre los años 2019 y 2020.
El pedido para la detención del imputado, de 31 años, fue realizado el pasado 5 de junio por el Juzgado Nacional en lo Criminal y Correccional 6, a cargo de la Dra. María Alejandra Provítola, Secretaría 118 del Dr. Sebastián Ghersi, a la División Búsqueda de Personas, del Departamento Delitos contra las Personas de la Policía de la Ciudad.
Las tareas investigativas abarcaron el entrecruzamiento de datos de antenas celulares, el análisis de direcciones IP de redes sociales y el seguimiento de movimientos bancarios, que condujeron a las localidades bonaerenses de Grand Bourg y Alejandro Korn, y al Barrio Zavaleta de la Ciudad de Buenos Aires, donde vivían dos hermanas del hombre buscado.
A la luz de las pruebas recabadas, el juzgado interviniente libró las órdenes de allanamiento de los dos domicilios en el Barrio Zavaleta, que fueron cumplimentadas por la división a cargo de la investigación, con cooperación del grupo especial de la División Operaciones Especiales Metropolitanas (DOEM) y de contención UC10 de la División Operaciones Urbanas (DOU), logrando la detención del imputado.
El detenido fue trasladado a la Comisaría Vecinal 5B de la Policía de la Ciudad y puesto a disposición de la Justicia.
