La víctima, un hombre del barrio de Caballito, denunció que su vecino lo había amenazado con una pistola.
De inmediato, la fuerza porteña comenzó una investigación logrando constatar la identidad y la residencia del agresor.
En consecuencia, el Magistrado interventor libró la orden de allanamiento en la propiedad.
Como resultado del operativo, se secuestró una pistola calibre 22 y se efectivizó la detención del imputado, que fue trasladado a la Oficina Central de Identificación para luego ser alojado en la correspondiente Alcaidía y quedar a disposición de la Justicia.
