La Policía de la Ciudad desbarató en Núñez un laboratorio clandestino que elaboraba y distribuía dióxido de cloro y otras sustancias nocivas bajo la promesa de curar enfermedades, y detuvo a su responsable, un ingeniero fanático del autor alemán Andreas Kalcker, creador de la “Solución Milagrosa”.
A principios de marzo de este año, el Juzgado Nacional en lo Criminal y Correccional Federal 4, a cargo del Dr. Ariel Lijo, Secretaría 8 del Dr. Martín Canero, encomendó a la División Delitos Contra la Salud de la Policía de la Ciudad llevar a cabo una investigación a fin de desbaratar una organización que se dedicaba a comercializar la denominada “Solución Milagrosa” para curar distintas patologías.
La ingesta de esta sustancia, también conocida como MMS -suplemento mineral milagroso-, habría provocado varias muertes, entre ellas la de un niño en la provincia de Neuquén, por lo que los investigadores iniciaron tareas que comprendieron seguimientos, informes y análisis de datos informáticos que permitieron establecer el lugar donde se elaboraba el producto en sí, una casa ubicada en el barrio porteño de Núñez.
A la luz de las pruebas obtenidas, el juzgado libró la correspondiente orden de allanamiento, que fue llevado a cabo con la participación de la Administración Nacional de Medicamentos, Alimentos y Tecnología Médica (ANMAT), dejando como saldo el secuestro de más de mil frascos de plata coloidal, dióxido de cloro (MMS), CDS, dimetilsulfóxido (DMSO) y vitamina C, equipos de filtrado de líquidos, destiladoras, máquinas etiquetadoras, tachos y casi un millar de etiquetas de los mencionados productos, documentación, folletería, teléfonos celulares y computadoras.
Los elementos secuestrados poseían indicaciones que prometían la cura de distintos tipos de enfermedades y afecciones, tales como cáncer, asma, hepatitis, HIV, lupus, diabetes, esclerosis y Covid-19, y todo era confeccionado en un laboratorio clandestino instalado en el garaje de la propiedad, sin ningún tipo de control sanitario ni supervisión de un profesional, para luego ser promocionado a través de distintas redes sociales y plataformas de la web, y distribuido por todo el país.
En el lugar fue imputado y detenido el hombre que encabezaba el laboratorio, un ingeniero electromecánico que resultó ser admirador y seguidor del autor alemán Andreas Ludwig Kalcker, creador de la “Solución Milagrosa”, quien habría realizado en nuestro país conferencias difundiendo el consumo de estas sustancias, las que se encuentran prohibidas por la ANMAT debido a su peligrosidad para la salud.
