La Policía de la Ciudad detuvo a un conductor de una conocida aplicación de viajes acusado de drogar y abusar sexualmente de una pasajera, hecho que derivó en una investigación y dos allanamientos en los que le incautó gran cantidad de fármacos.
La detención de este hombre de 43 años y de nacionalidad peruana se logró luego de un trabajo encabezado por la División Delitos Informáticos Complejos de la Policía de la Ciudad, dependiente de la Dirección de Investigación del Cibercrimen, y la Fiscalía Nacional en lo Criminal y Correccional Número 12, a cargo del doctor Martín López Perrando.
Todo comenzó el 19 de diciembre pasado cuando una joven denunció que fue sedada y abusada sexualmente por el conductor de un vehículo de una conocida empresa proveedora de movilidad.
Esto radicó en el inicio de la investigación para dar con el agresor, que incluyó numerosas tareas de campo y visualización de registros fílmicos.
De las averiguaciones, que permitieron identificar al sujeto en sólo 48 horas, surgió que el agresor poseía más de setenta usuarios en el registro de la aplicación de viajes. Es decir que cada vez que salía a trabajar cambiaba su perfil, al igual que el número de teléfono y el email.
Ante esta situación, la Fiscalía actuante, luego de recabar la información de la investigación, pidió los dos allanamientos en domicilios vinculados a esta persona, uno en el barrio de Constitución (en Brasil al 1700) y otro en la localidad bonaerense de Villa Maipú, perteneciente al partido de San Martín.
Gracias al trabajo articulado con la empresa de alquiler de viajes y al sistema de geolocalización, se pudo establecer la ubicación del agresor mientras oficiaba de chofer. Finalmente, fue interceptado y detenido por efectivos de la División Delitos Informáticos Complejos de la Policía de la Ciudad en el cruce de Mompox y Brasil, en Constitución.
Dentro del rodado, que era el mismo donde ocurrió el ataque denunciado, se encontraron medicamentos varios, entre ellos ampollas medicinales, jeringas, pastillas y dos teléfonos celulares.
En simultáneo, con la anuencia de los Juzgados intervinientes, se efectuaron los dos allanamientos, en los cuales los oficiales hallaron una gran cantidad de medicamentos y elementos de aplicación.
Entre ellos, 24 ampollas, cuatro jeringas de las cuales dos estaban en sobres y otras dos ya abiertas, una tableta con cinco unidades de Kemanat Keterolaco de 10mg, una tableta con tres unidades del mismo fármaco, una bolsa con una pastilla, 75 agujas y cuatro jeringas.
También diez unidades de paracetamol, dos de sertralina, dos cajas de tacrodem, tres unidades de ribata, una de dermexane, uno de quetiapina, dos ibuprofenos, dos eritromicinas, dos comprimidos de esomeprazol, tres buscapinas, tres bisturís, 13 ampollas de solución fisiológica, entre otras, además de cinco celulares, de los cuales uno de ellos pertenece a la víctima.
En la causa intervinieron el Juzgado Nacional en lo Criminal y Correccional Número 35, a cargo del doctor Rappa y ante la Secretaría 120 de la doctora Lesdema, el Juzgado de Garantías Número 4 de General San Martín y la Fiscalía Nacional en lo Criminal y Correccional Número 12 del doctor Martín López Perrando, en conjunto con personal del Ministerio de Justicia y Seguridad de la Ciudad.
El imputado fue trasladado a la dependencia de seguridad y puesto a disposición de la Justicia en la causa por “Abuso sexual”.
