La Policía de la Ciudad detuvo en las últimas horas en el Barrio 31 de Retiro a un hombre de nacionalidad paraguaya, de 29 años, que se mantenía prófugo de la Justicia por comercializar estupefacientes en la zona y ser uno de los líderes de la banda narco de los Sampedranos.
Personal de la División Investigación Antidrogas Zona Norte, perteneciente al Departamento Investigaciones Antidrogas de la Policía de la Ciudad, continuaba con sus tareas de investigación en el interior del Barrio 31 cuando identificó sobre la Calle 15 a “Aldo”, un hombre que se mantenía prófugo por estar vinculado a la red de venta de drogas de la zona.
El sujeto, uno de los cabecillas de la banda, hace más de tres años que se mantenía prófugo de la Justicia, después de los 78 allanamientos que hizo la Policía de la Ciudad sobre la Manzana 99 para desbaratar a esta organización.
Los oficiales lo sorprendieron en la vía pública, lo detuvieron y, en presencia de testigos, lo requisaron, encontrándole entre sus pertenencias un teléfono celular y la suma de nueve mil pesos en efectivo.
Al consultar con el Juzgado Federal Número 4, a cargo del doctor Ariel Lijo y ante la Secretaría 8 del doctor Arce, se dispuso trasladar el detenido a la Alcaidía de la zona de la Policía de la Ciudad e incautar los elementos que se le encontraron.
“Aldo”, como lo conocían en la zona, era uno de los cuatro jefes de la organización y proveedor de estupefacientes. Además, tenía al comando decenas de personas de menor rango, como punteros de canchas y los que cumplían funciones de “campana” o “satélites”.
La banda de los Sampedranos es una reconocida organización que comercializa drogas en el Barrio 31. En 2020, la Policía de la Ciudad le asestó un duro golpe al detener a ocho integrantes y cerrar un búnker producto de tres allanamientos.
Además, se secuestraron en ese momento más de doce kilogramos de marihuana, dosis de cocaína y elementos utilizados para el fraccionamiento de la droga.
En el 2019, la organización también sufrió otro golpe, al caer detenidas 18 personas vinculadas a la banda, en un gran operativo de la fuerza porteña que contó con casi ochenta procedimientos en la zona con canes y grupos de contención.
Actualmente, de los cuatro jefes de la organización, tres están presos y uno se mantiene prófugo de la Justicia.
