La Policía de la Ciudad detuvo en las últimas horas a un delincuente de 29 años que le había robado un reloj de alta gama a un transeúnte en el barrio de Balvanera.
Personal de la Comisaría Vecinal 3 A de la Policía de la Ciudad se trasladó a la avenida Pueyrredón al 400 por haberse cometido un robo. Al llegar al lugar, los oficiales se encontraron con el ladrón que había sido frenado por particulares.
En consecuencia, los efectivos lo redujeron y se entrevistaron con el damnificado, que reconoció al delincuente como el autor del robo de su reloj.
El Juzgado Nacional Criminal y Correccional Número 33, a cargo del doctor Darío Bonanno y ante la Secretaría 170 de la doctora Marino, ordenó el traslado del imputado a la sede policial y el secuestro del elemento robado.
También, se solicitó la presencia de la víctima para que radique la denuncia y se le devuelva su objeto de valor.
Se labraron actuaciones por “tentativa de robo”.
