Un convicto, que cumplía prisión domiciliaria con tobillera electrónica por una condena de 4 años, fue detenido por la Policía de la Ciudad en el barrio de Chacarita, donde se desbarató el kiosco de venta de drogas que tenía.

El imputado en la puerta de su casa tenía un enorme macetero con la forma de un cisne blanco, al que le ataba un trapo rojo cuando abría la venta de droga.

Las investigaciones comenzaron en mayo último respecto de un hombre que se dedicaba a la venta de estupefacientes desde su domicilio particular, en cercanías del cementerio de la Chacarita.

Personal de la División Investigaciones Antidrogas Área Norte logró identificar al morador de esa vivienda, en cuyo frente estaba el cisne gigante.

Durante la pesquisa en campo, los oficiales detectaron que el investigado colocaba un trapo rojo, a modo de bandera, para avisar a los eventuales compradores que la venta estaba abierta.

También notaron que el sujeto portaba una tobillera electrónica.

Con los datos aportados, la Unidad Fiscal Especializadas en Investigación de Delitos Vinculados con Estupefacientes (UFEIDE), Cecilia Amil Martín, le solicitó el allanamiento de la finca al Juzgado Penal, Convencional y de Faltas 13, a cargo de la Dra. María Tula del Moral, que avaló y ordenó el procedimiento.

La manda judicial fue hecha por la División que tuvo a su cargo las averiguaciones con la colaboración de personal de la Brigada Norte 5 División Perros y de la División Intervención Rápida y Servicios Especiales (DIRSE).

En la casa ubicada en Paz Soldán al 4800, hallaron al detenido, de 58 años, y secuestraron 29 dosis de cocaína, 15 bolsas conteniendo 40,7 gramos de pasta base, para 122 dosis, una balanza de precisión, 44.110 pesos, una tijera y un teléfono celular.

Tras la detención, se confirmó que la tobillera había sido puesta por purgar prisión domiciliaria luego de una condena a 4 años de cárcel por comercialización de estupefacientes (Artículo 5 de la Ley de Drogas Número 23.737) por el Tribunal Oral en lo Criminal 3 del Departamento Judicial de Mar del Plata. 

El vencimiento de la pena estaba previsto para el 7 de febrero del año próximo.
