La Policía de la Ciudad detuvo en las últimas horas, gracias a las cámaras del Centro de Monitoreo Urbano (CMU), a un hombre que robó el celular y abusó sexualmente de un menor de 15 años en un terreno baldío del barrio de Retiro.

El hecho ocurrió en horas de la tarde cuando efectivos de la Comisaría Vecinal 1A fueron alertados en la intersección de la avenida Eduardo Madero y San Martín por un joven menor de edad, quien denunció que momentos antes había sido abusado sexualmente por un desconocido.

En este sentido, el damnificado relató que fue interceptado por un hombre vestido con un buzo azul con gris, gorra y bermudas de jean, quien lo llevó hasta un descampado donde le sustrajo el celular y luego lo atacó sexualmente.

Gracias a los datos aportados, desde las cámaras del CMU se logró visualizar la línea de tiempo en el que ocurrieron los hechos relatados, en la que se ve la víctima y al agresor de 33 años ingresar al descampado para luego retirarse en diferentes direcciones.

Ante esta situación se irradió un alerta con las características físicas y de vestimenta y a la mañana siguiente se logró detener al involucrado en el interior de la plaza ubicada en la avenida Antártida Argentina al 1100. El agresor se encontraba vestido con las mismas prendas.

En la causa intervino el Juzgado N° 4, a cargo de la Dra. Yadarola, quien ante la Secretaría N°4, de la Dra. Beggiani, dispuso la  detención del involucrado por “abuso sexual”. Participó también de la investigación la Fiscalía N°31, del Dr. Solimine, Secretaría Única de la Dra. Rodríguez.

El joven abusado, en tanto, debió ser trasladado al hospital Fernández donde recibió asistencia integral por parte del Consejo del Niño, Niña y Adolescente, debido a un estado de shock producto de todo el ataque sufrido.
