La Policía de la Ciudad detuvo a un hombre de 25 años en el Barrio 31 de Retiro tras ser denunciado por violencia de género por su mujer y violar una restricción perimetral impuesta por la Justicia.
Personal de la División Delitos Contra Grupos Vulnerables, dependiente del Departamento de Investigaciones en Violencia Familiar y de Género de la Policía de la Ciudad, fue requerido por el Juzgado Nacional y Correccional número 15, a cargo de la doctora Karina Zucconi y ante la Secretaría del doctor Santiago Atucha, para realizar tareas y dar con el paradero de un hombre imputado por haber infringido la Ley 26.485 (Violencia de Género) y declararse en rebeldía ante la Justicia.
El imputado tenía una causa iniciada por varios episodios de violencia contra la víctima y el magistrado a cargo del caso le había impuesto una restricción contra la damnificada, pero no la cumplió y tampoco se presentó a las citaciones a los tribunales, por lo que fue declarado en rebeldía.
En consecuencia, los oficiales realizaron una serie de tareas para dar con el paradero del hombre y se apostaron sobre la calle Alpaca al 700, en el Barrio 31, donde residiría su madre.
Al confirmar que el buscado no se encontraba allí, los efectivos siguieron investigando en la zona y confirmaron que estaba viviendo en un inmueble de la Manzana 7.
Los policías esperaron a que el hombre salga a la vía pública y allí lo detuvieron para ponerlo a disposición de la Justicia.
