La Policía de la Ciudad detuvo a tres hombres que se dedicaban a la elaboración y venta de drogas de diseño, y secuestró gran cantidad de dosis de marihuana y éxtasis en cuatro allanamientos.
Personal de la División Investigación Drogas de Diseño y Precursores, dependiente del Departamento Investigaciones Antidrogas de la Policía de la Ciudad, realizó tareas para dar con los responsables de la comercialización de distintas sustancias, por lo que le solicitó al Juzgado Nacional en lo Criminal y Correccional Federal Número 4, a cargo del doctor Ariel Lijo y ante la Secretaría 8 del doctor Martín Canero, que ordene los allanamientos para los inmuebles apuntados.
En consecuencia, el magistrado a cargo del caso emitió las órdenes y los efectivos se acercaron a los inmuebles ubicados en Chivilcoy al 300 (Floresta), Conde al 1500 (Colegiales), Estados Unidos al 2700 (San Cristóbal) y Lascano al 4700 (Monte Castro).
Al llegar al inmueble de Monte Castro, uno de los imputados se dirigió a la terraza y descartó allí un teléfono celular y varios elementos en bolsas. Tras reducir al hombre, se procedió al secuestro de un planta de marihuana de 35 centímetros, una bolsa con 11,9 gramos de marihuana.
En San Cristóbal, hallaron dos computadores notebook, dos teléfonos celulares y 18.170 pesos
En total, en todos los procedimientos se incautaron 470 pastillas de éxtasis, 107 microdosis de LSD, 26 gramos de TUSI (cocaína rosa), un frasco con Popper, 16 envoltorios de cristal (95 gramos), seis frascos con ketamina, 44 gramos de hongos alucinógenos y más de 555 gramos de marihuana.
Además, también se encontraron cuatro cápsulas con droga en su interior, 44.210 pesos, 20 dólares, dos celulares, tres cuadernos con anotaciones y una balanza de precisión.
Al consultar con el magistrado actuante, se dispuso la detención de los tres dealers y el secuestro de todos los elementos.
