La Ciudad abre cinco nuevos centros de vacunación Covid-19 que aplicarán dosis de lunes a viernes, con turno previo. El martes comenzó a funcionar una posta en Palacio Lezama y este miércoles se inaugura otra en el Templo Budista. En los días sucesivos se sumarán Corralón Floresta, Parque Chacabuco y La Rural.
Estos nuevos puntos se agregan a los ya existentes: Museo de Arte Español Enrique Larreta, Club San Lorenzo, Centro Islámico, Colegio de Abogados, ex Detectar Devoto, Ministerio de Salud y Hospital Zubizarreta.
El ministro de Salud, Fernán Quirós, señaló este martes que la Ciudad atraviesa una etapa en la que “aumentan los contagios de coronavirus y luego descienden sin ninguna consecuencia grave posterior, porque la enorme mayoría son casos leves”. Además, destacó que “la mejor protección es tener la campaña de vacunación al día”.
En ese sentido, explicó que hay tres grupos priorizados: toda persona mayor de 50 años que se haya dado su última vacuna contra el coronavirus hace cuatro o más meses o haya tenido la enfermedad hace cuatro o más meses; los mayores de 12 años que tengan una enfermedad que dañe su inmunidad; y todas aquellas personas que aún no completaron el anterior refuerzo, es decir, quienes recibieron sólo dos o tres dosis, la última hace más de cuatro meses.
Las nuevas postas estarán abiertas de lunes a viernes, hasta el último día hábil del mes de diciembre, y permitirán duplicar la disponibilidad de turnos. Durante los sábados, domingos y feriados funcionarán los mismos centros que venían haciéndolo hasta el momento, sin modificaciones.
De esta manera, el Ministerio de Salud de la Ciudad continúa adaptando sus recursos y capacidades según lo que requiera la situación epidemiológica, en un proceso de constante evaluación.
En la última semana, en la Ciudad 56.494 personas recibieron una dosis de la vacuna Sputnik-V, AstraZeneca, Sinopharm, Moderna, CanSino o de Pfizer contra el coronavirus. Desde el inicio de la campaña de vacunación ya se aplicaron 9.722.367 dosis.
Cronograma de las nuevas sedes
A partir del martes 13 de diciembre se brindan turnos en la posta de Parque Lezama, con diez puestos de vacunación, que serán ampliados a 14 el día siguiente.
Por su parte, a partir de este miércoles 14 de diciembre se darán turnos en la posta del Templo Budista, con seis puestos de vacunación y con posibilidad de ampliarse.
El viernes 16 de diciembre volverán a brindarse turnos en La Rural (entrada por la calle Cerviño). Esta posta contará con 30 puestos de vacunación durante la mañana y 15 durante el turno tarde. El lunes 19 de diciembre se ampliará la capacidad a 30 puestos que funcionará durante todo el día.
Además, el lunes 19 de diciembre se abrirá la posta de vacunación en Parque Chacabuco, con cinco puestos de vacunación que serán ampliados progresivamente hasta llegar a 20, a partir del jueves 22 de diciembre.
