La Policía de la Ciudad detuvo a dos hombres en el marco de una investigación por estafas y defraudaciones en la compra y venta de motos por redes sociales.
La pesquisa estuvo a cargo de la División Investigaciones Comunales 12 de la Policía de la Ciudad, a solicitud de la Fiscalía Nacional Circuito Saavedra-Núñez, del Dr. José María Campagnoli, luego que un hombre denunciara que lo habían estafado en una transacción que involucraba a tres motocicletas.
En la denuncia, que el damnificado hizo ante la Comisaría Vecinal 12 A de la Policía de la Ciudad, señaló que el 10 de enero último adquirió una moto Yamaha B93-MT03A a través de la plataforma Marketplace, de la red social Facebook de un determinado usuario, y ofreció como parte de pago dos motos, una Yamaha FZ F1 a su nombre y una segunda Suzuki GSX150 de su propiedad pero registrada a nombre de un dueño anterior, ya que no había hecho la transferencia, más una determinada suma de dinero, quedando por pagar 90 mil pesos.
La transacción se concretó en una estación de servicio ubicada en la avenida General Paz mano al Riachuelo, en el barrio de Saavedra, donde entregó las motos y se llevó la que había comprado, cuya documentación figuraba a nombre de un tercero, ya que el vendedor tampoco había consumado la transferencia.
La víctima de la defraudación tuvo el alerta cuando una persona se contactó por Messenger refiriéndole que había comprado al mismo vendedor una moto de su propiedad y necesitaba el formulario 08 para transferirla a su nombre.
Al avanzar el diálogo, el denunciante constató que esa moto no había sido suya y no era ninguna de las que había dado en parte de pago.
Inmediatamente buscó por Facebook al titular registral de la moto que había comprado y al hallarlo éste le aseguró que nunca había vendido su moto y que estaba en su poder.
Ante ello, el denunciante se dio cuenta que quien le había vendido la moto era un estafador dedicado a defraudar con la compra y venta de estos rodados, algunos de origen desconocido, por lo cual recurrió a hacer la denuncia a la Comisaría, y trascartón la fiscalía de turno pidió que tome la intervención la División Investigaciones Comunales 12 de la Policía de la Ciudad.
El pago de la deuda de los 90 mil pesos fue el elemento que abrió la puerta para dar con los involucrados. Con la autorización de la Fiscalía, se coordinó un nuevo encuentro, en el mismo lugar, entre el damnificado y el vendedor para la entrega del dinero adeudado, esta vez con la presencia en los alrededores de personal de esa división policial.
Al lugar llegaron los dos masculinos, a bordo de la Suzuki que la víctima había entregado como parte de pago, siendo detenidos por personal policial
Se trata de dos hombres de 26 años, quienes quedaron a disposición del Juzgado Nacional en Criminal y Correccional N°20, a cargo del Dr. Decaria, ante la secretaria N°162, que también ordenó el secuestro del rodado recuperado.
