Cuando el personal arribó se entrevistó con un hombre, quien refirió que en el octavo piso, puntualmente en el departamento de su madre –que estaba fuera del país- se oían ruidos extraños
Cuando los agentes ingresaron hallaron infraganti a un ladrón de 21 años, quien tenía varios electrodomésticos y objetos de valor envueltos en sábanas y listos para ser trasladados.
Entre sus pertenencias, el delincuente tenía un destornillador y una llave, elementos que usó para romper la cerradura de la puerta principal.
Intervino el Juzgado Nacional en lo Criminal y Correccional N° 54, a cargo del Dr. Bignone, que ante la Secretaria N° 73, de la Dra. Cavalieri, dispuso su detención por tentativa de robo.
