La Policía de la Ciudad detuvo en el barrio de Recoleta a un delincuente de 17 años tras haberle arrebatado una cadenita dorada a una mujer, a la que luego se la devolvieron.
Personal de la Comisaría Vecinal 2 B se encontraba en el cruce de la avenida Pueyrredón y Beruti cuando observó que un joven le arrebató una cadenita dorada a una mujer para luego darse a la fuga.
En consecuencia, los oficiales irradiaron la alerta y se montó un operativo cerrojo para poder dar con el delincuente en la intersección de la avenida Santa Fe con Anchorena, a 500 metros del hecho.
Se requisó al sujeto en presencia de testigos y se le encontró el objeto robado.
Se consultó con el Juzgado Nacional de Menores en lo Criminal y Contravencional Número 3, a cargo de la doctora Julia Marano Sanchis, Secretaría 7 del doctor Gerardo Pettigiani, y se dispuso la detención del ladrón de 17 años y la devolución de la cadenita a la mujer damnificada, de 70 años.
