Además, se descubrió que la moto en la que circulaban tenía un pedido de secuestro judicial y que uno de los delincuentes llevaba una tobillera electrónica por una causa de robo. Según consta, el ladrón salió de su domicilio para ir a su trabajo registrado en la calle Lavalle, momento en el que cometió el delito. La Fiscalía Nacional en lo Criminal y Correccional N°14, a cargo del Dr. Madrea, comenzó las actuaciones por “tentativa de robo y encubrimiento”.
En el segundo hecho, la policía fue alertada sobre un individuo que había robado una cadena de oro a una mujer de 71 años utilizando el método conocido como “piraña”, en el cruce de las avenidas Jujuy e Hipólito Yrigoyen. Los agentes lograron detener al delincuente, un ciudadano peruano de 56 años, y recuperaron la cadena sustraída en la avenida Pueyrredón y Mitre. Intervino el Juzgado Nacional Criminal y Correccional N°34, a cargo de la Dra. Bruniard, que inició actuaciones por “tentativa de robo bajo la modalidad arrebato”.
