Un dealer, armado, y con una variedad de droga para vender, fue detenido in fraganti junto a un comprador por la Policía de la Ciudad en Palermo.
Oficiales de la División Investigaciones Comunales 14 de la Policía de la Ciudad recorrían un sector de Palermo, cuando, a partir de un llamado de vecinos al 911, fueron desplazados hasta Guatemala al 5800 por supuesto merodeo de desconocidos.
Al llegar los efectivos de esa división junto a personal de la Comisaría Vecinal 14 B constataron que había dos individuos, uno de ellos con la descripción aportada en el llamado.
A su vez, oficiales de la DIC14 detectaron a un tercer sujeto que simulaba esperar en el frente de un edificio contiguo, pro lo cual se lo interceptó, mostrándose nervioso y sin poder argumentar su presencia allí.
Al palparlo los efectivos notaron que el hombre llevaba un arma, tratándose de una pistola Bersa calibre 22L, con un cargador con nueve proyectiles, por lo cual lo redujeron.
En la requisa ante testigos el detenido llevaba, además del arma, una navaja, marihuana fraccionada y un trozo compacto por 42,4 gramos, cinco dosis de cocaína, dos trozos de crack, sustancia de corte (bicarbonato, Clonazepam y Dorixina), una pastilla de éxtasis, una balanza de precisión, recipientes para picado, filtros para armado de cigarrillo, chips de varias empresas y varias tarjetas SUBE y una libreta con anotaciones.
También se le incautó 55.070 pesos al dealer y 7.900 al comprador.
En la consulta el Área Flagrancia Norte, en la persona del Dr. Rodrigo Branca dispuso las detenciones de ambos, y el secuestro de todos los elementos, dando intervención a la Fiscalía Penal, Contravencional y de Faltas 8, a cargo del Dr. Maximiliano Vence
