La Policía de la Ciudad detuvo a una pareja y a un sicario acusados como responsables de un homicidio cometido a un hombre de nacionalidad china en el barrio de Balvanera.
Personal de la División Homicidios encabezó las tareas para dar con los responsables del crimen de un hombre chino de 46 años que fue asesinado en julio pasado en la vía pública cuando caminaba por la calle Pichincha al 100.
Del caso tomó intervención la Fiscalía Nacional en lo Criminal y Correccional Número 15, a cargo del doctor Marquevich y gracias a la División Extracción y Análisis de Imágenes, se comprobó que el agresor descendió de un automóvil Kia y luego de cometer el crimen, volvió a subir al vehículo, aunque antes arrojó un elemento a una alcantarilla.
Con un imán preparado, la Unidad Criminalística Móvil (UCM) logró rescatar de la alcantarilla un revólver .38, con el que luego se comprobó que atacaron a la víctima.
También se verificó en la investigación que el damnificado había sufrido en mayo una agresión, recibiendo dos impactos de arma de fuego cuando se trasladaba al Casino de Puerto Madero.
El punto clave en el caso lo dio la Fiscalía de Unidad Funcional de Instrucción Número 2 de Mercedes, en la provincia de Buenos Aires, que informó que estaba investigando a una banda delictiva y que un integrante de ella habría participado como sicario de un crimen perpetrado en la Ciudad de Buenos Aires.
Además, se añadió que este sujeto mantenía contacto permanente con una pareja, que fue la que lo contrató para cometer el homicidio.
Con todos los datos y la patente del vehículo en el que se trasladó el asesino, se estableció que el mismo pertenecía a un hombre de 33 años y que vivía en la provincia de Catamarca junto a su pareja, de 46.
El sicario, de 33, también fue identificado y su residencia sería en el partido de Moreno.
Con toda esa información de los protagonistas, el Juzgado Nacional en lo Criminal y Correccional Número 36, a cargo del doctor Ferro, Secretaría 123 del doctor Seijas, le ordenó a los efectivos policiales que se trasladen a Catamarca para detener a la pareja, la cual no se la encontró en su vivienda. Pero, al regresar, los oficiales recibieron el dato que los sujetos podrían estar en Tigre, provincia de Buenos Aires, donde finalmente los capturaron en un espacio verde frente al río.
En simultáneo, los policías allanaron la vivienda del sicario, en Moreno, y lo detuvieron.
Los tres involucrados en el crimen del hombre de nacionalidad china fueron trasladados a la dependencia de seguridad y quedaron a disposición de la Justicia.
