Tras exhaustiva investigación, la Policía de la Ciudad detuvo en un allanamiento a un peligroso delincuente, líder de una banda criminal con base en el Barrio 15,  y vinculado a enfrentamientos armados ocurridos en el lapso de los dos últimos meses.

El delincuente, de 32 años, terminó detenido luego de una investigación que  se inició por una denuncia de violencia de género por el cual la Fiscalía en lo Penal, Contravencional y de Faltas 33, a cargo del Dr. Hernán Gustavo Biglino, quien solicitó dar con el paradero del responsable.

En el correr de las averiguaciones los oficiales de la División Contravenciones y Faltas en Eventos Masivos de la Policía de la Ciudad, acopiaron datos que señalaban que el buscado era un jefe de una banda, temida por los vecinos del Barrio 15 por la violencia que desempeña en robos a mano armada en el barrio de Mataderos y Villa Lugano. También los investigadores lo relacionan con otros hechos.

Uno de los casos fue un caso en jurisdicción de la Comisaría Vecinal 8 A, durante el cual un delincuente fue detenido y secuestrada una pistola calibre 45, en el cual el jefe delictivo habría aportado el armamento, en tanto que también se le endilga haber participado el 23 de julio último de un enfrentamiento de bandas, por el dominio de la zona, durante el cual habría sido herido..

Se lo vincula también, a un enfrentamiento con personal de la División Protección Barrial de la Policía de la Ciudad en la madrugada del 30 de junio en Piedrabuena y Echeandia, en Lugano.

Con los datos acopiados el Juzgado de Primera Instancia en lo Penal, Contravencional y de Faltas Nº 26 a cargo de la Dra Carla Cavaliere ordenó el allanamiento a una casa del Barrio 15, que resultó ser el domicilio del delincuente.

Al detenerlo, los oficiales comprobaron que el sujeto tenía una herida en una muñeca, que podría ser producto de la herida que recibió tras escapar en la ocasión anterior.

La orden fue cumplimentada por la división policial en las últimas horas, hallando a la persona buscada, y tras la requisa en la casa fue hallada una pistola Bersa con  numeración suprimida y cuatro cartuchos de bala calibre 40.

El magistrado interventor avaló el procedimiento policial y dispuso el traslado del detenido hasta la alcaidía de la Comisaría Vecinal 9A de la Policía de la Ciudad.
