Gracias a una investigación de la Policía de la Ciudad, fue capturado en el Barrio Papa Francisco un hombre que estaba prófugo de la Justicia luego de estar imputado de abusar sexualmente de sus sobrinas de 5 y 9 años.
Personal de la División Delitos Contra la Salud y Seguridad Personalllevó a cabo un allanamiento en el Barrio Papa Francisco y como resultado del mismo logró detener a un hombre de 33 años imputado de abusar de dos menores de edad cuando se quedaba al cuidado de ellas.
Los hechos se produjeron durante los años 2018 y 2019 y, luego de los mismos, las dos nenas presentaron cambios en sus comportamientos, en el desempeño escolar y en su casa.
Ante esta situación, la madre de las menores las comenzó a indagar y una de las víctimas le dijo que no quería quedarse más con su tío porque había abusado de ella cuando se quedaban solos.
Los padres de las nenas realizaron la denuncia y una vez que se efectivizó en la Oficina de Violencia Doméstica, el acusado se ausentó de su domicilio y de su lugar de trabajo, perdiendo contacto con todos los familiares y amigos.
Por este motivo, la Policía de la Ciudad inició tareas de campo en los lugares que frecuentaba el buscado y pudo establecer que el prófugo visitaba de forma frecuente a un familiar dentro del barrio.
Con toda la información, los oficiales de la Policía de la Ciudad armaron un informe para el Juzgado Nacional en lo Criminal y Correccional Número 7, Secretaría 121, y se dictó la orden de allanamiento para la mencionada vivienda para detener al imputado.
Los oficiales se trasladaron hacia la avenida Cruz al 4300 y se desplegaron en las inmediaciones del edificio. Una vez que se corroboró que el imputado estaba dentro del inmueble, los efectivos ingresaron al mismo y lograron su detención.
Al consultar con el magistrado a cargo del caso, se dispuso el traslado del hombre a la Alcaidía de la Policía de la Ciudad.
