Una clínica de estética y flebología en Recoleta fue clausurada por incumplimiento en el tratamiento de residuos patológicos, en el marco de una inspección integral llevada a cabo por a Policía de la Ciudad, el Ministerio Púbico Fiscal y organismos nacionales y porteños.
En la inspección, realizada en un instituto ubicado en Billinghurst al 1800, se incautaron siete máquinas e instrumental no autorizados por la Administración Nacional de Medicamentos y Tecnología Médica (ANMAT) y medicamentos vencidos.
La médica responsable del establecimiento quedó imputada por los artículos 201 y 204 del Código Penal, que versa sobre delitos contra la salud.
El procedimiento fue realizado por oficiales de la División Delitos contra la Salud y Seguridad Personal de la Policía de la Ciudad junto a personal del Cuerpo de Investigaciones Judiciales (CIJ) del Ministerio Público Fiscal, funcionarios de la ANMAT y del Ministerio de salud de la Nación, y agentes de Dirección General de Control Ambiental (DGCONTA) y de la Unidad Operativa de Fiscalización Integral (DGFYC) de la Ciudad, con la intervención de la Fiscalía Penal, Contravencional y de Faltas 11.
La clausura administrativa fue dispuesta por al DGCONTA por el incumplimiento del tratamiento de residuos patogénicos.
Los funcionarios determinaron la existencia de medicamentos de uso médico-estético vencidos, instrumental de uso estético que no posee registro de uso en el país por parte del ANMAT.
Tras el informe, la Fiscalía dispuso imputar a la titular de la clínica y el secuestro de siete máquinas no habilitadas, tres de las cuales quedaron inhibidas en el lugar debido al tamaño, entregadas a la responsable del establecimiento en calidad de depositaria judicial.
También fueron decomisados medicamentos vencidos, el teléfono celular y una tablet utilizados para asignar turnos, una PC, el DVR y las 283 historias clínicas.
