La Policía de la Ciudad formó parte de una inspección a un local de sushi del barrio de Palermo y , tras comprobarse que carecía de habilitación y normas de seguridad e higiene, terminó siendo clausurado por la Agencia Gubernamental de Control (AGC).
Personal de la División Delitos Ambientales de la Policía de la Ciudad encabezó el procedimiento en la avenida Scalabrini Ortiz al 900 junto al Cuerpo de Investigaciones Judiciales (CIJ), la Dirección General de Fiscalización y Control (DGFYC) y la Unidad Operativa de Fiscalización Integral (UOFI), tras recibirse varias denuncias de vecinos debido a prácticas indebidas en el local con el uso de alimentos.
En consecuencia, tomó intervención la Unidad Fiscal Especializada en Materia Ambiental (UFEMA), a cargo del doctor Carlos Rolero Santurián, y tras una investigación se procedió a la inspección al comercio que se dedicaba a la elaboración y venta de sushi.
Los efectivos durante el operativo corroboraron que el establecimiento no cumplía con los requisitos de seguridad e higiene propios de la actividad gastronómica. Además, se verificó que el comercio funcionaba sin habilitación.
En consecuencia, UFEMA dispuso labrar actas por realizar actividades lucrativas sin habilitación y, consecuentemente, sin cumplir con mínimos requisitos de seguridad e higiene propios de la actividad, en infracción al artículo 102 del Código Contravencional de la Ciudad.
Tampoco el local estaba registrado para el expendio de sustancias alimenticias por reparto o servicio dellivery, por lo que la AGC dispuso clausurarlo.
