Un profesor de historia, teatro y de economía y un empresario de la construcción fueron detenidos por suministrar pornografía infantil en sendos allanamientos en Villa Urquiza y Almagro, en los que participó la Policía de la Ciudad, en el marco de la operación ICACCOPS Federal.
La Sección Delitos contra la Infancia, Niñez y Adolescencia de la Superintendencia de Lucha contra el Cibercrimen de la Policía de la Ciudad hizo las tareas de campo previas a que la Unidad Fiscal Especializada en Delitos y Contravenciones Informáticas, a cargo de la Dra. Daniela Dupuy, solicitara el allanamiento en un departamento de la avenida Congreso al 5600, en Villa Urquiza.
Los indicios partieron de los datos logrados en la operación ICACCOPS (Internet Crimes Against Children Child On-line Protection System) Federal cuando en noviembre se realizaron 70 allanamientos con 25 detenciones.
En esta investigación surgieron reportes sobre contenidos de pornografía y explotación sexual de menores subidos a la red y uno de los lugares era ese domicilio de Villa Urquiza.
Tras los trabajos de campo hechos por la división de la Policía de la Ciudad, el Juzgado en lo Penal Contravencional y de Faltas 25, a cargo del Dr. Alejandro Gabriel Villanueva, ordenó el allanamiento del que participaron, además, integrantes del Cuerpo de Investigaciones Judiciales (CIJ) del Ministerio Público Fiscal.
En el lugar se encontraba un hombre de 49 años, profesor de teatro y de economía que da clases en dos colegios del norte del Gran Buenos Aires.
Los funcionarios hallaron una computadora encendida, que el magistrado dispuso realizar una selección por parte del personal del CIJ, que dio como resultado más de un centenar de imágenes y videos de menores de edad. .
El sujeto fue detenido y trasladado por orden judicial a la Alcaidía 9 Bis de la Policía de la Ciudad y fueron secuestrados tres pendrive, un celular, un CPU dos hojas con anotaciones y 450 CDs, que fueron llevados por personal del CIJ hacia su sede en
Chacabuco al 100.
Se encontraron 17.300 archivos relacionados con el delito investigado.
El otro de los allanamientos fue realizado por la Policía de la Ciudad junto a Gendarmería Nacional en un domicilio del barrio de Almagro y fue detenido un hombre de 48 años, empresario de construcción.
En este caso los funcionarios encontraron detrás de una heladera una bolsa con cuatro CDs y pendrives con imágenes de pornografía infantil, todo lo cual fue secuestrado, quedando a disposición de la Justicia.
