El Tribunal Oral en lo Criminal y Correccional N° 3 encomendó a la División Capturas y Prófugos, de la Policía de la Ciudad, la realización de las tareas investigativas necesarias para detener a un ciudadano boliviano de 40 años imputado por “Abuso sexual con acceso carnal” y otras 10 denuncias por diferentes delitos cometidos contra su expareja. 

Los investigadores comenzaron realizando tareas de campo en los lugares que solía frecuentar el buscado, y pudieron establecer un posible lugar donde se ocultaba en el barrio de Mataderos, sobre la calle Fonrouge al 2300.

A partir de ese dato, los efectivos de la Policía de la Ciudad iniciaron recorridas por la zona e implementaron una discreta vigilancia del domicilio, logrando visualizar a un sujeto con características fisonómicas similares a las del imputado, por lo que una vez identificado y corroborada su identidad, procedieron a su inmediata detención. 

El frondoso prontuario del detenido se compone de repetidas imputaciones por lesiones graves y calificadas por el vínculo y por mediar violencia de género, amenazas simples, incendio u otro estrago con la provocación de peligro común para los bienes, cinco casos de amenazas coactivas, desobediencia reiterada, hurto agravado por el uso de llave verdadera sustraída, violación de domicilio y abuso sexual con acceso carnal, todos delitos cometidos hacia su expareja, en 11 diferentes hechos.
