La Policía de la Ciudad logró la detención en el país vecino de Bolivia a un hombre que era buscado internacionalmente desde octubre de 2017 por una causa de abuso sexual contra su hija.
La captura del hombre de 53 años fue concretada por efectivos de la División Capturas y Prófugos, en articulación con INTERPOL Bolivia, y en los próximos días se tramitará la extradición a nuestro país.
Todo comenzó cuando en marzo de este año la OCN INTERPOL La PAZ de Bolivia puso en conocimiento a la Policía de la Ciudad que el imputado había sido identificado mediante un control poblacional determinándose a posteriori que sobre este pesaba una alerta roja en el ámbito internacional emitida por la Justicia argentina.
Sin embargo, como el involucrado no poseía orden de detención dictada por un juzgado competente de Bolivia no se podía llevar adelante su detención.
Ante esta situación, el Juzgado Nacional en lo Criminal y Correccional N°33, tomó intervención rápidamente y dispuso que se realicen las diligencias en conjunto para dar con el agresor, que se encontraba prófugo desde octubre de 2017.
De esta manera, en octubre pasado el Tribunal Supremo de Justicia de Santa Cruz de la Sierra emitió la orden de detención del ciudadano, gracias a lo cual en las últimas horas se concretó su detención con posterior traslado a una unidad carcelaria a la espera de su extradición a nuestro país.
El agresor está acusado de haber abusado sexualmente de su hija con acceso carnal y tocamientos en reiteradas oportunidades, en una vivienda del Barrio 31 bis, en el marco de distintos hechos que habrían ocurrido entre los años 2006 y 2011, cuando la víctima tenía entre 7 y 12 años.
