La
Policía de la Ciudad allanó una farmacia donde se producían y
vendían drogas prohibidas. Se secuestraron 300 mil pastillas y 50
litros de líquidos aplicables. Habitualmente concurrían deportistas
y fisicoculturistas para inyectarse las sustancias. Fue en la zona de
Facultad de Medicina.
A
raíz de una serie de denuncias de distintos usuarios sobre
irregularidades encontradas en suplementos dietarios, personal de la
División Delitos Contra la Salud y la Seguridad Personal de
la Policía
de la Ciudad,
realizó varias investigaciones que permitieron ubicar el lugar donde
se fabricaban y comercializaban diversos anabólicos y sustancias
ilegales. Para sorpresa del personal policial, se trataba de una
farmacia ubicada sobre Callao a metros de la Facultad de Medicina
donde además de funcionar como laboratorio, fábrica y búnker de
almacenamiento, se inyectaban las sustancias prohibidas a
fisicoculturistas y deportistas sobre una pequeña camilla ubicada en
un cuarto dispuesto para tal fin.
Ante
las pruebas recabadas por la división de la fuerza policial porteña,
la U.F.E.M.A. (Unidad Especializada en Materia Ambiental) a
cargo del Dr. Matias Blas Michenzi, ordenó el allanamiento del
comercio.
El procedimiento fue llevado a cabo por personal
de brigada y permitió descubrir el funcionamiento de un
depósito clandestino, ubicado en un patio techado en muy malas
condiciones ambientales incluyendo abundante humedad. En su interior
se encontraron numerosos canastos con frascos transparentes los
cuales contenían 300 mil pastillas de anabólicos y 50 litros de
líquidos inyectables.
Los oficiales de la Policía
de la Ciudad pudieron
constatar que en el interior del local, se comercializaban diferentes
clases de anabólicos prohibidos para el consumo humano, muchos de
los cuales eran vendidos sin receta médica y aplicados con
jeringas a ocasionales deportistas y fisicoculturistas, los cuales
eran sometidos a la aplicación sobre una camilla dentro de un
pequeño cuarto preparado especialmente para tal fin.
En
el operativo, estuvo presente personal de la A.N.M.A.T.
(Administración Nacional de Medicamentos, Alimentos y Tecnología
Médica), que verificó y certificó que los productos estaban
prohibidos y no eran aptos para el consumo humano, por lo que
dispusieron la destrucción de los mismos. Además participaron
agentes de la D.G.F.y C.(Dirección General de Fiscalización y
Control) y de Sanidad de Frontera del Ministerio de Salud.
Por orden del juzgado interventor, la farmacia fue clausurada por personal de la Agencia Gubernamental de Control, mientras que su responsable, un hombre de 48 años, fue detenido y trasladado a la comisaría.
