La precandidata a legisladora porteña, Adriana Montes, formuló declaraciones periodísticas en las que contó la idea de sus nuevos desafíos en la política y opinó sobre el actual trabajo del Jefe de Gobierno porteño.
Consultada sobre las razones de su postulación, respondió que “Representa un nuevo desafío con la seguridad de haber trabajado mucho durante mi primer mandato preparando cerca de 300 proyectos y habiendo sido aprobados más de 100 como el de Garantías Bancarias, el de los Cambios en Comercios y muchos otros en Usuarios y consumidores”.
Cuando se le requirió el porqué de la precandidatura, contestó: “Quiero seguir trabajando para los ciudadanos de la Ciudad de Buenos Aires con la experiencia que me dio mi mandato anterior y el conocimiento del trabajo en equipo y en comisiones”.
Respecto al aporte que podría realizar, cuenta que “Quedaron muchos proyectos en carpeta que beneficiarán la calidad de vida de nuestros ciudadanos”.
Para finalizar expresó que la gestión de Horacio Rodríguez Larreta en la Ciudad le parece “Excelente, en este caso por haber conocido y siendo partícipe de la gestión anterior pudo terminar y llevar adelante obras de gran magnitud como los pasos bajo nivel, el Metrobús, terminales de ómnibus, arroyo Vega (en principio de ejecución), entre otros. Medidas como las Comisarías Cercanas, La Policía de la Ciudad y el tema de Manteros creo que la Ciudad día a día va organizándose y mejorando”.
