El delincuente intentó escapar con una bicicleta, aprovechando que su dueño estaba comprando en un kiosco. Fue detenido, tras un breve forcejeo, por una oficial que se encontraba de franco.
La Policía de la Ciudad detuvo en la últimas horas a un sujeto de 21 años que le había robado la bici a un ciudadano venezolano, mientras éste se encontraba realizando una compra en un comercio de Recoleta.
Una oficial de la Comisaría Vecinal 2A de la Policía de la Ciudad se encontraba de franco de servicio, cenando en un restaurante ubicado en Peña y el Pasaje Bollini, cuando escuchó gritos, por lo que salió a verificar que ocurría, y observó a un hombre escapando en una bicicleta, siendo perseguido por transeúntes.
La mujer de la fuerza porteña se interpuso en el paso del fugitivo, logrando interceptarlo y detenerlo sobre el asfalto, luego de un forcejeo.
Mientras el personal policial que acudió en apoyo requisaba al detenido, se presentó en el lugar un hombre venezolano de 25 años de edad, quien reconoció el rodado en la que intentó escaparse el ladrón como suyo e informó que el mismo le fue sustraído mientras compraba una bebida en maxikiosco.
Por orden del Juzgado Nacional en lo Criminal y Correccional Nº 13 a cargo del Dr. Zelaya, el delincuente fue trasladado hasta la alcaidía de la Comisaría Comunal 2 de la Policía de la Ciudad, acusado de “tentativa de robo”.
