Ambos tenían antecedentes y quedaron detenidos, recuperándose todo lo robado.
El incidente comenzó cuando un oficial de la Comisaría Vecinal 7 C fue alertado sobre un robo en una vivienda. El padre de la víctima observó a dos personas salir corriendo del edificio donde vivía su hija y reconoció una caja que llevaban.
Como su hija no respondía a los llamados, el hombre informó la situación al personal policial, quien rápidamente emitió una alerta sobre lo sucedido.
El relato del hombre indicaba que los dos individuos se habían subido a un colectivo rojo en la avenida Nazca y Gaona para huir.
Con esta información, unas cuadras más adelante, en la intersección de Nazca y Belaustegui, el personal policial interceptó el colectivo en el que viajaban los autores. Los delincuentes descendieron y se dieron a la fuga a pie, pero fueron detenidos a pocos metros.
En el lugar se secuestró una pistola calibre 45 marca Ballester Molina con la numeración borrada, un par de guantes, dos gorras negras, dinero en efectivo, relojes, alhajas varias, teléfonos celulares y cinco juegos de llaves.
Simultáneamente, personal policial acudió al domicilio de la víctima, quien había sido privada de su libertad y estaba golpeada, por lo cual se llamó al SAME.
Los dos detenidos, con antecedentes reiterados por robos contra la propiedad, quedaron a disposición del Juzgado Nacional Criminal y Correccional N° 62.
