Los policías se acercaron al rodado para pedirle la documentación del mismo al conductor y ahí corroboraron que en el asiento del acompañante había cinco bolsas numeradas con picadura de marihuana, un papel con las direcciones de destino de las sustancias, un celular y 35.000 pesos en efectivo.
Al consultar con la Fiscalía Penal Contravencional y de Faltas Número 24, a cargo del doctor Pagano Mata y ante la Secretaría Única del doctor Stopani, se dispuso la detención del imputado y su traslado a la Alcaidía de la zona de la Policía de la Ciudad.
Además, se ordenó el secuestro de la droga y de todos los objetos encontrados.
