Un hombre imputado por la violación de una nena de 12 años en el barrio 1-11-14, que se encontraba prófugo de la Justicia, fue detenido por la Policía de la Ciudad, tras seis meses de investigación, durante un allanamiento en una casa de la localidad bonaerense de Ingeniero Budge.
En noviembre del año pasado, la Justicia ordenó la captura de un hombre de nacionalidad peruana, imputado por la violación de una menor de 12 años vecina del barrio 1-11-14, a quien luego habría amenazado con matar a su padre si lo denunciaba.
Según la causa, el hecho había ocurrido dentro de la camioneta Citroen Berlingo del agresor, y con estos datos la división de Delitos Contra la Integridad Sexual de la Policía de la Ciudad emprendió una minuciosa investigación, que en los últimos días permitió confirmar que el prófugo se encontraba oculto en una casa de Ingeniero Budge, en el sur del conurbano bonaerense.
Con las pruebas obtenidas, el juzgado Nacional en lo Criminal y Correccional Nº 4, a cargo del Dr. Martín Yadarola, libró la orden de allanamiento, que fue llevada a cabo por la propia división de Delitos Contra la Integridad Sexual, conjuntamente con el grupo especial de la Policía Local de Lomas de Zamora, efectivos de la comisaría 10a de Ingeniero Budge de la Policía de la Provincia de Buenos Aires, y personal de la División Criminalística de la Policía de la Ciudad.
Al momento de ingresar al domicilio, el presunto violador se fugó por los techos, dando inicio a un intenso rastrillaje que permitió concretar su detención, así como el hallazgo de su celular escondido entre unas plantas. Además, en la casa fue secuestrada la Citroen Berlingo a fin de realizarle las pericias correspondientes.
