Un hombre, acusado de tentativa de homicidio de su ex pareja, fue detenido por la Policía de la Ciudad en momentos en que merodeaba el negocio que atiende la mujer, en el barrio de Caballito.
La mujer denunció ante la Oficina de Violencia de Género el 27 de mayo último que su ex pareja le había dado una golpiza, provocándole lesiones graves por haber utilizado un cuchillo.
Ante la gravedad y la urgencia, la División Delitos Contra la Salud y Seguridad Personal de la Policía de la Ciudad dispuso tareas de campo.
En tanto, el Juzgado Nacional en lo Criminal y Correccional Nro. 26, Secretaría N° 155, libró una orden de detención del acusado, mayor de edad, en la vía pública con facultad de allanamiento en la causa sobre homicidio en grado de tentativa agravado por haber violencia de género.
Los oficiales realizaron durante la madrugada un operativo en las inmediaciones de la confitería, que durante la mañana iría abrir la mujer denunciante, en la avenida La Plata al 100.
El hombre fue interceptado cuando se dirigía al negocio, evitando los efectivos que el denunciado volviera a tener contacto con la mujer.
El magistrado dispuso trasladar al detenido a la correspondiente Alcaidía de la Policía de la Ciudad y ordenó que se implante una consigna por parte del personal de la Comisaría de Jurisdicción en el domicilio de la víctima.
