La Policía de la Cuidad detuvo a un ladrón de 32 años con ruedas robadas y herramientas que utilizaba para extraer las autopartes de vehículos estacionados en el barrio de Villa Pueyrredón.
Oficiales de la Comisaría Vecinal 12 B de la Policía de la Ciudad recorrían la avenida Salvador María del Carril al 3000 en un móvil, cuando observaron a un hombre que transportaba una bolsa de consorcio, que al percibir la presencia de efectivos dejó el bulto sobre la vereda y escapó en bicicleta.
Los policías confirmaron que dentro de la bolsa había tres ruedas, por lo que informaron la fuga por radiofrecuencia con la descripción física del sospechoso, que fue rápidamente localizado por otro móvil cuando estaba escondido detrás de un árbol en José Cubas al 3200.
Frente a testigos, el delincuente fue requisado e identificado, y como no poseía elementos de delito se hizo un rastrillaje en la zona, que permitió encontrar en la calle Habana al 3100, una mochila, que tenía en su interior una pinza pico de loro y distintas llaves para tuercas; un cuchillo, un teléfono celular, una gorra y un buzo.
El Juzgado Nacional en lo Criminal y Correccional Número 25, a cargo de la doctora Fabiana Palmaghini, avaló el procedimiento policial y dispuso el traslado del imputado hasta la alcaidía de la Policía de la Ciudad, y ordenó que se realizaran las correspondientes averiguaciones para esclarecer dónde fueron sustraídas las autopartes.
