El incidente ocurrió la noche del domingo. La banda de asaltantes perpetró el robo en cuestión de segundos y, hasta el momento, siguen prófugos.
El barrio porteño de San Telmo fue nuevamente escenario, este domingo, de un violento acto delictivo, en el que resultó víctima un hombre de entre 30 y 40 años, quien sufrió un robo piraña en plena vía pública. El crimen se consumó en menos de un minuto, cuando un grupo de seis ladrones atacó sorpresivamente a su víctima para arrebatarle el automóvil, al que este se había subido apenas segundos antes.
La Fiscalía Nacional en lo Criminal y Correccional N° 38, a cargo del fiscal Juan Pedro Zoni, intervino en el caso y dispuso una serie de medidas con el fin de dar con los responsables. Entre ellas, se solicitó la recopilación de imágenes de las cámaras de seguridad del área, las cuales captaron toda la secuencia y aportaron información clave sobre el número de implicados: seis jóvenes, en lugar de los cinco que inicialmente recordaba la víctima. A la tarde del martes, los delincuentes seguían siendo buscados.
Los videos obtenidos ofrecen detalles cruciales para su localización. Las grabaciones muestran que el robo comenzó exactamente a las 21:55:11, cuando se observa a la víctima caminando tranquilamente hacia la puerta trasera de su Citroën. Mientras intenta abrirla, los delincuentes aparecen en escena, distribuidos en dos grupos: tres de ellos avanzaban por una vereda, mientras que los otros tres lo hacían por el lado opuesto, junto al vehículo. A las 21:55:19, ocho segundos después de iniciada la secuencia, se desata el violento ataque. En un típico robo piraña, los ladrones redujeron a la víctima con patadas y golpes, despojándola de su celular y llaves. Mientras la mayoría seguía agrediéndolo, uno de los asaltantes, vestido con una campera negra y una gorra, abrió la puerta del conductor y arrancó el auto. Al oír el motor en marcha, uno de sus cómplices se alejó de la víctima y ocupó el asiento del acompañante, mientras que los otros cuatro lo empujaron al suelo e ingresaron rápidamente a los asientos traseros para huir.
A las 21:55:38, menos de 30 segundos después del comienzo del robo, todos los delincuentes ya se encontraban dentro del vehículo, listos para escapar. Aceleraron a las 21:55:43, momento en el que el auto desapareció de la escena, dejando a la víctima corriendo desesperadamente en busca de ayuda. En el video también se observa cómo, en estado de shock, el hombre intenta hacer señas a otro vehículo que pasa, pero el conductor no lo percibe. Todo el robo duró menos de un minuto.
Las imágenes de las cámaras siguen siendo analizadas por el fiscal Zoni, quien busca pistas claras para identificar y ubicar a los delincuentes.
