Un hombre, que estaba prófugo por un caso de abuso sexual en 2018, fue detenido por la Policía de la Ciudad luego de ser detectado por el Anillo Digital, tras una alerta temprana que dio una pasajera de una aplicación de viajes.
Pasado el mediodía del 8 de mayo último, el sistema de detección de patentes detectó a la altura del barrio de Mataderos, un Renault Logan que se dirigía hacia el Río de la Plata por la avenida General Paz, y que tenía una alerta temprana del 6 de mayo por un hecho ocurrido en el barrio de Balvanera, jurisdicción de la Comisaría Vecinal 3 A de la Policía de la Ciudad.
De acuerdo a la denuncia, una mujer declaró que esa tarde pidió un auto de una plataforma de viajes en Corrientes y Larrea, y que al llegar el dominio del vehículo no coincidía con el que le informaba la aplicación.
Siempre según el testimonio de la mujer, el conductor adujo que el cambio de vehículo obedecía a que el asignado tuvo un problema mecánico. Como esa explicación no habría conformado a la pasajera. Una vez dentro del vehículo el sujeto se habría puesto agresivo, reclamándole, “dejá el celular y mirá para adelante”. Ante ello la mujer, aún con el auto en marcha, en Larrea entre Lavalle y Tucumán, logró bajar del vehículo, que siguió hacia la avenida Córdoba.
En ese momento la mujer hizo la denuncia en la comisaria vecinal 3A que quedo caratulada como Averiguación de Ilícito pero se irradio el alerta temprana sobre el vehículo en cuestión.
Tras la detección en Mataderos, oficiales de la División Anillo Digital de la Policía de la Ciudad siguieron, guiados por frecuencia, e interceptaron el auto a la altura de la avenida San Martín, en Villa Devoto.
Al identificar al conductor, mayor de edad, el sistema de antecedentes policiales reveló que tenía una orden de captura vigente por una causa por “Delitos contra la integridad sexual – abuso sexual agravado” con fecha 18 de setiembre de 2018, a solicitud del Tribunal en lo Criminal 2 de San Isidro, por intermedio de la Dra. Florencia Galmarini.
El Juzgado Nacional en lo Criminal y Correccional Nº 23, a cargo del Dr. Mariano Iturralde, secretaría 158 del Dr. Guillermo Rodríguez, dispuso labrar constancia en la Comisaría Vecinal 11 B, por haber sido detenido allí.
Respecto de la orden de captura dispuso entablar comunicación con Juzgado de Rogatorias, tras lo cual se hizo la consulta a la Dra Galmarini, magistrada requirente del Tribunal en lo Criminal 2, quien dispuso la detención del masculino.
