Personal de la División Destacamentos y Autopistas, apostado en el Predio Zuviría, se desplazó al ingreso de la autopista Perito Moreno porque un hombre que conducía un automóvil Ford Focus de color negro había interceptado un camión Volvo a mano armada con fines de robo.
Los efectivos lograron reducirlo y en presencia de testigos fue requisado, encontrándole en la guantera una pistola Bersa Thunder 9 milímetros, con munición en la recámara y sin el cargador colocado.
Además, en un portaobjetos del lado de la puerta del conductor, se encontraron 14 municiones.
Al consultar con la Unidad de Flagrancia Oeste, a cargo de la Dra. Mollo, se dispuso caratular el hecho como “amenaza agravada por el uso de arma de fuego”, solicitar las cámaras de la zona y trasladar al detenido a la dependencia de seguridad, además de secuestrarle el automóvil.
