La Policía de la Ciudad allanó una veterinaria en el barrio de Núñez, secuestró medicamentos oncológicos prohibidos par animales, e imputó al responsable de lugar por el delito de suministro infiel de medicamentos.
A raíz de una denuncia recibida en septiembre del año pasado, la división Delitos Contra la Salud y Seguridad Personal de la Policía de la Ciudad, investigó la ruta de ciertos medicamentos oncológicos, indicados para seres humanos, que eran vendidos a centros veterinarios y/o revendedores, con el fin de que posteriormente sean suministrados a animales.
A poco de iniciada la investigación, fueron allanadas cinco farmacias, una droguería, y cuatro centros veterinarios, logrando el secuestro de gran cantidad de recetas, documentación y medicamentos, que comprobó la maniobra investigada.
Continuando con las tareas, en las últimas horas la misma división de la Policía de la Ciudad realizó una inspección integral en una veterinaria de avenida Cabildo 4200, conjuntamente con personal del Servicio Nacional de Sanidad y Calidad Agroalimentaria (SENASA), la Administración Nacional de Medicamentos, Alimentos y Tecnología (ANMAT); Dirección General de Fiscalización y Control (DGFyC), y la Dirección General de Control Ambiental (DGCONTA)
Durante el procedimiento, coordinado por la Oficina de Coordinación Operativa del Cuerpo de Investigaciones Judiciales del Ministerio Publico Fiscal y dispuesto por la Fiscalía Penal Contravencional y de Faltas N° 11, a cargo de la Dra. María Valeria Massaglia, se comprobó que en el lugar se comercializaban y administraban medicamentos oncológicos para humanos, y fueron secuestradas ampollas de Vincristina LKM y Vincristina sulfato 1 mg.
Asimismo, el personal de la DGFyC labró un acta por falta de habilitación, SENASA decomisó un total de 19 productos por hallarse vencidos y/o no autorizados, y la DGCONTA labró actas de intimación por no acreditar certificado como generador de residuos patogénicos.
