La Policía de la Ciudad capturó en las últimas horas en Junín, en la Provincia de Buenos Aires, a un hombre acusado de cometer un homicidio en 2021 y que se mantenía prófugo de la Justicia.

Personal de la División Capturas y Prófugos de la Policía de la Ciudad realizó una ardua investigación a solicitud de la Unidad Fiscal Especializada en Investigación Criminal Compleja (UFECRI), a cargo del doctor José María Campagnoli y ante la Secretaría del doctor Bello, y a requerimiento del Juzgado Nacional en lo Criminal y Correccional Número 12 de la doctora Paisan, Secretaría 137 del doctor Herrera, con el objetivo de dar con el paradero de un hombre acusado de homicidio.


El hecho ocurrió en enero de 2021, cuando un hombre de 38 años fue encontrado sin vida en el living de una vivienda ubicada en la calle Acevedo al 200, en el barrio porteño de Villa Crespo.

La víctima fue encontrada en estado de descomposición en un sillón acostado boca abajo con el torso desnudo, las muñecas atadas por detrás de la espalda con una soga y el rostro amordazado.

La autopsia reveló que la causa de la muerte fue asfixia.

Durante las primeras investigaciones, las autoridades entrevistaron a una vecina y amigos del damnificado, los que indicaron que antes del crimen un expresidiario conocido como “Tato”, se había ido a vivir con el fallecido.

Con esta información brindada, intervino la Dirección de Investigaciones Capturas 14 de la Policía de la Ciudad, que analizó profundamente todos los testimonios y fojas del expediente.

También, se llevaron a cabo varios pedidos a diferentes compañías a través del número de DNI del prófugo.

Así las cosas, la empresa Mercado Libre aportó el dato de que con el DNI del sujeto existían dos usuarios y que uno de ellos había tenido acceso pocos días atrás, por lo que se conoció el lugar desde donde se había conectado para hacer la compra.

Como resultado, se obtuvo el lugar de conexión en la ciudad bonaerense de Junín y siguiendo con la investigación se descubrió que el prófugo podría estar trabajando en una heladería ubicada en la calle Tehuelches al 1600.

Fue entonces que se dio aviso a la Fiscalía, que de inmediato dio la orden de trasladarse hasta Junín a corroborar si se trataba de la persona investigada.

Una vez en el lugar, los oficiales observaron a un hombre que coincidía con las características físicas de “Tato”, acomodando las mesas de la vereda del comercio de helados.

Discretamente, los efectivos se acercaron al sujeto tomando las debidas precauciones y procedieron a identificarlo comprobando que se trataba del sospechoso.

Minutos más tarde se hizo presente un móvil de la Comisaría 2 de la Policía Local, que trasladó al hombre a la dependencia de seguridad.

En consulta con el doctor Ferraro, del Juzgado de Garantías Número 1 de Junín, se avaló lo actuado y se dispuso que el hombre sea trasladado al ámbito de la Ciudad, más precisamente a la Comisaría Vecinal 3 B de la Policía de la Ciudad, donde quedó alojado a disposición de la Justicia.

Cabe destacar que sobre “Tato” caen otras 10 condenas, entre ellas “delito contra la propiedad, robo y encubrimiento agravado”.
