La Policía de la Ciudad detuvo en el barrio de Liniers a una mujer de nacionalidad boliviana que había sido expulsada del país en 2020 e incumplía una condena por el delito de trata de personas con menores de edad.
Un llamado anónimo al 911 denunció días atrás que la mujer que había sido expulsada del país en diciembre pasado, estaba viviendo en el barrio de Liniers, en la calle Palmar al 7200.
La imputada no sólo había sido deportada, sino que además se le había prohibido el ingreso a la Argentina por el término de diez años.
Tras corroborarse los datos a través de los sistemas de antecedentes de la Policía de la Ciudad y Migraciones, se comprobó que la denuncia era veraz.
Rápidamente, la División Capturas y Búsqueda de Prófugos de la Policía de la Ciudad se apostó en inmediaciones de la dirección indicada con el objetivo de dar con la prófuga.
Así las cosas, los oficiales lograron visualizar a una mujer que coincidía con las características físicas de la denunciada y procedió a identificarla, recibiendo en primera medida una negativa de la delincuente, aunque finalmente se logró establecer la identidad confirmando que se trataba de la buscada.
El Tribunal Oral en lo Criminal Federal Número 1, a cargo del doctor Ricardo Basilio y ante la Secretaría del doctor Ignacio Labadens, avaló lo actuado por el personal policial, ordenó la inmediata detención de la mujer y su traslado a una penitenciaria federal para que se efectivice su condena.
Cabe destacar que sobre la mujer cae la pena de prisión por ser coautora del delito de reducción a la servidumbre, formación y facilitación de la permanencia ilegal de extranjeros en el país, con el fin de obtener un beneficio económico agravado.
Además, es considerada ser autora material del delito de trata de personas en la modalidad captación y traslado con fines de explotación laboral agravado por abuso en situación de vulnerabilidad al tratarse de menores de 18 años, y está imputada en el delito de desobediencia con intervención del Juzgado Criminal y Correccional Federal Número 7, a cargo del doctor Sebastián Casanello y ante la Secretaría 14 de la doctora Michelle Moreau.
