La Policía de la Ciudad detuvo a cinco personas, cuatro hombres y una mujer, al desmantelar una banda que vendía estupefacientes en un conventillo del barrio de Constitución.
Personal de la División Investigaciones Antidrogas Sur encabezó un allanamiento en un conventillo usurpado ubicado en la calle 15 de noviembre de 1889 al 1200, donde después de las tareas realizadas, se verificó que se vendía droga.
Junto al personal policial formó parte del procedimiento el Cuerpo de Investigaciones Judiciales (CIJ), bajo el requerimiento de la Unidad Fiscal Especializada en la Investigación de Delitos Vinculados con Estupefacientes (UFEIDE), a cargo de la doctora Cecilia Amil Martin.
El caso se inició a partir de la denuncia de un vecino en la Comisaría 1 C, a la que posteriormente se le fueron sumando otras presentaciones sobre venta de estupefacientes.
En el allanamiento, los oficiales detuvieron a cinco personas: cuatro hombres (dos argentinos de 25 y 56 años y dos dominicanos de 36 y 46) y una mujer argentina de 30.
Además, los efectivos secuestraron dos teléfonos celulares, un envoltorio de nylon transparente con 1,2 gramos de marihuana, 2.620 pesos, una balanza de precisión y 283 envoltorios de cocaína (117,9 gramos) con un valor aproximado en el mercado de medio millón de pesos.
Con todas las pruebas recabadas, la fiscal solicitó la prisión preventiva para el principal imputado, el dealer de 56 años, que fue otorgada por la titular del Juzgado Penal, Contravencional y de Faltas Número 3, Lorena Tula del Moral.
