La Policía de la Ciudad, junto con la Agencia Gubernamental de Control (AGC), desbarató en las últimas horas una fiesta clandestina con más de 400 personas que se estaba desarrollando en un local del barrio porteño de Palermo.
El hecho ocurrió en horas de la madrugada cuando efectivos de la División Operaciones Especiales Requeridas por el Ministerio Público se encontraba realizando tareas de prevención en el cruce de Casares y Sarmiento cuando escucharon música alta y visualizaron luces de colores que se reflejaban en el ingreso de un local comercial, en el cual entraban y salían grupos de personas.
Ante esta situación, se solicitó la presencia de la AGC y al ingresar fueron atendidos por el dueño, de 44 años, quien permitió la entrada de la comitiva. Una vez dentro, se contabilizó 400 participantes sin barbijo ni distanciamiento social.
En este sentido, si bien el lugar estaba habilitado, según sus metros cuadrados, verificaba un incumplimiento de funcionamiento de seguridad ya que no tenía permitida la actividad de baile y tampoco cumplía con el protocolo por Covid-19.
Ante esta situación, la Fiscalía Penal Contravencional y de Faltas Nº8, a cargo del Dr. Vence, Secretaría Única a cargo del Dr. Guerra, dispuso imputar al propietario por infracción a los artículos 205 y 239 del Código Penal y 110 Bis del Código Contravencional. Asimismo, la AGC clausuró el lugar y se secuestraron mesas, sillas y equipos de música.
