Fue atrapado un “hombre araña” buscado desde enero
Tras una investigación por un robo bajo esa modalidad cometido en Recoleta, la Policía de la Ciudad localizó al imputado y lo detuvo en el barrio de Monserrat.
El pasado 21 de enero a la madrugada, un matrimonio del barrio de Recoleta se encontraba durmiendo en su domicilio, cuando fueron sorprendidos por ladrones que habían ingresado trepando por el balcón. Los delincuentes les exigieron pertenencias y dinero, para luego darse a la fuga.
A continuación el damnificado, un hombre 72 años, llamó al 911 y la Policía de la Ciudad acudió al lugar, en donde efectivos de la División Rastros levantaron huellas digitales, y la posterior pericia de la División Papiloscopía permitió individualizar a un sujeto que coincidía físicamente con uno de los autores del hecho registrado por una cámara de seguridad.
El Juzgado Criminal y Correccional N° 35 a cargo del Dr. Osvaldo Daniel Rappa encomendó a la Policía de la Ciudad continuar con la investigación, la cual llevó a la localidad bonaerense de Bella Vista, en donde vivía la madre del ladrón, pero desconocía su paradero.
La Divisón Sumarios y Brigadas de Prevención de la Comisaría Comunal 2 continuó con las tareas investigativas, y con la información de un antecedente por encubrimiento que registraba en la Comuna 6 se pudo establecer que el hombre buscado posiblemente residía en la calle Chile al 1400, barrio porteño de Monserrat.
Los trabajos de campo se trasladaron en torno a ese domicilio, y tras confirmar que el imputado vivía en el lugar, se montó un operativo para detenerlo, lo que ocurrió ayer por la noche cuando el sujeto salió de la casa y fue atrapado en San José e Independencia.
Una vez identificado, el detenido fue trasladado a la comisaría y puesto a disposición de la justicia por el delito de “robo agravado por escalamiento”.
