La Policía de la Ciudad detuvo en el barrio de Palermo a un hombre, de nacionalidad colombiana y con antecedentes de violencia de género, que circulaba en un automóvil con un bate y un arma de fuego.
Personal de la División Robos y Hurtos, dependiente de la Superintendencia de Investigaciones, realizaba un control de tránsito cuando detuvo en el cruce de las avenidas Juan B. Justo y Santa Fe a un automóvil Toyota Corolla negro con fines identificatorios.
El conductor, de nacionalidad colombiana, estaba nervioso ante el pedido de la documentación de los oficiales, por lo que se procedió a requisarlo en presencia de testigos ante quienes se observó una riñonera en el piso.
En consecuencia, los efectivos la abrieron y encontraron un arma de fuego marca Bersa, modelo TPR9.
Con este hallazgo, el hombre fue asegurado y exhibió una credencial de tenencia de arma y tarjeta de consumo de municiones, no poseyendo acreditación de portación, por lo que los oficiales continuaron con la requisa en el automóvil y encontraron un bate de béisbol de color negro.
Al consultar su identidad en los sistemas, el sujeto tenía antecedentes de violencia de género.
La Unidad Fiscal Flagrancia Norte, a cargo del doctor Alejandro Martín Pellicoli, dispuso la detención del sujeto y el secuestro del rodado, del bate de béisbol y que se labren actuaciones por “portación de arma de guerra”.
