El hecho ocurrió cuando personal de la Comisaría Vecinal 1D, de la Policía de la Ciudad, observó a un joven de 14 años que señaló al imputado como el responsable de robarle el dispositivo de telefonía, por lo que los agentes actuaron de forma inmediata y aprehendieron al sospechoso.
Según relató el damnificado, iba caminando cuando sintió que le arrebataban el celular del bolsillo, por lo que intentó forcejear con el ladrón de 28 años, hecho que fue advertido por personal policial.
El delincuente, en este sentido, fue detenido por “tentativa de robo”, mientras que el celular robado fue devuelto a su dueño.
