La Policía de la Ciudad detuvo en las últimas horas en el barrio de Villa Luro a un hombre y una mujer que se dedicaban a la comercialización de drogas por redes sociales, en especial las denominadas sintéticas, y secuestró dosis de estupefacientes, además de elementos de corte y fraccionamiento.
La División Operaciones Zona Norte, dependiente de la Dirección de Lucha Contra el Tráfico y Venta Ilegal de Drogas de la Policía de la Ciudad, llevó a cabo dos allanamientos en propiedades de las calles Bolonia al 5400 y Camarones al 5300, y otro en la localidad bonaerense de Ramos Mejía, donde vivía la ex pareja de la mujer investigada.
La investigación realizada por la fuerza porteña detectó la actividad ilegal realizada por los dos imputados a través de perfiles de redes sociales, en los que ofrecían estupefacientes.
Los oficiales, en el marco de sus tareas, descubrieron que el padre de uno de los involucrados había fallecido tras un enfrentamiento con efectivos de la Policía Federal en el año 2013 y que el mismo contaba con antecedentes por narcotráfico.
Durante los operativos en los domicilios en la Ciudad, se logró la detención del hombre y la mujer que eran investigados y además se procedió al secuestro de 18 gramos de marihuana, dos balanzas de precisión, seis celulares, 465 pastillas de éxtasis, 2 troqueles de LSD, 41.030 pesos argentinos, 600 dólares estadounidenses, un cigarrillo de armado casero de marihuana, un sobre conteniendo 1 gramo de cocaína rosa, otro con 2 gramos de cristal y un automóvil Renault Clio.
En la vivienda de Ramos Mejía no se encontró ningún elemento referido con la causa.
El Juzgado de Primera Instancia en lo Penal y Contravencional Número 7, a cargo del doctor Rodolfo Ariza Clérici, avaló lo actuado por el personal policial y ordenó el traslado de los imputados a la comisaría, donde quedaron alojados a disposición de la Justicia.
Se labraron actuaciones por infracción a la Ley 23.737 (Ley de Drogas).
