Una fiesta clandestina, con baile en un subsuelo, fue desbaratada en una cantina de Balvanera, su encargado detenido y el local clausurado, en una inspección conjunta de la Policía de la Ciudad, el Cuerpo de Investigadores Judiciales (CIJ) del Ministerio Público y diferentes organismos del Gobierno porteño.
El procedimiento se realizó en un comercio gastronómico en Gallo al 500, donde además se secuestraron tres consolas de sonido.
La inspección fue realizada por personal de la División Operaciones Especiales Requeridas por el Ministerio Público, de la Policía de la Ciudad, el CIJ, la Agencia Gubernamental de Control (AGC), y de la Unidad Operativa de Fiscalización Integral (UOFI) del Gobierno de la Ciudad, por disposición de la Fiscalía Penal, Contravencional y de Faltas 13, a cargo de la doctora Andrea Scanga.
Una vez que llegaron los funcionarios al local gastronómico fueron recibidos por el encargado, de 34 años, con quien accedieron al subsuelo, donde unas treinta personas, sin barbijos ni distanciamiento, se encontraban bailando sin cumplir protocolos COVID.
Ante ello, tras la comunicación con la Fiscalía actuante, se dispuso la detención del encargado por infracción a los artículos 205 y 239 del Código Penal, que versan sobre la violación de medidas para evitar propagación de epidemias y desobediencia a la autoridad, notificación a los concurrentes de apertura de causa por violación de esa normativa, y el secuestro de tres consolas, en tanto la AGC clausuró el local.
