La Policía de la Ciudad detuvo, en tres procedimientos realizados en los barrios de Barracas y Balvanera, a diez delincuentes que abrían vehículos estacionados en la vía pública con la utilización de inhibidores de señal para robar pertenencias de su interior.
Los inhibidores bloquean las señales de los cierres centralizados por lo cual el conductor se aleja del vehículo creyendo que está cerrado y no es así, ya que el auto queda franqueado a los delincuentes. Por eso se aconseja al conductor probar si el auto efectivamente está cerrado.
Oficiales de la División Investigaciones de Organizaciones Criminales de la Policía de la Ciudad, a raíz de denuncias de vecinos respecto de faltantes en sus autos que quedaban estacionados, sin signos de haber sido forzados, iniciaron averiguaciones y recorridas por el radio en el que se habían cometido esos hechos.
En consecuencia, los efectivos lograron detener a dos hombres por robos en dos autos, un Peugeot 2008 en la avenida Montes de Oca al 600 y en otro en un Honda City, a cuatro cuadras, en Montes de Oca y Suárez.
En uno de los casos, los oficiales hallaron un inhibidor de señal funcionando y con la secuencia colocada.
A los detenidos, de 38 y 28 años, se les incautó, además, un celular, dos jugos de llaves, una riñonera, una billetera y una campera.
La Fiscalía del Distrito del Barrio de La Boca, a cargo de la Dra. Susana Calleja, Secretaría de la Dra. María Gabriela Boxer, dio trámite de flagrancia, avalando las detenciones y ordenando pericias sobre los autos por parte del personal de Rastros y posterior entrega a sus propietarios.
A pocos metros de allí, en la avenida Suárez e Isabel La Católica, los oficiales observaron a cinco hombres y a una mujer dialogando por teléfono y en una actitud sospechosa, ya que miraban el interior de los rodados estacionados.
Además, a la mujer se le vio un inhibidor, por lo que los efectivos procedieron a demorar a todos ellos.
En presencia de testigos fueron requisados, se halló el inhibidor y una de las personas tenía una mochila de color negro, que en su interior contenía documentación y un número de celular.
Tras tomar contacto con el abonado del número telefónico, se constató que la mochila había sido robada de la Universidad Abierta Interamericana (UAI).
Siguiendo la misma línea de robo con la utilización de inhibidores, un operador del Centro de Monitoreo Urbano (CMU) observó por medio de las cámaras de seguridad que dos hombres estaban en una situación sospechosa, tomando la puerta de una camioneta Ford Ecosport color gris plata y mirando para ambos lados.
Por esta razón, el operador alertó a los efectivos de la Comisaría Vecinal 3 A que estaban en la zona y rápidamente los oficiales localizaron a los dos hombres en el interior de una galería comercial.
Al ser requisados en presencia de testigos, los oficiales les encontraron a los dos hombres (un peruano de 25 años y un colombiano de 36) un equipo de inhibidor de señal, dos teléfonos celulares, 26 dólares, 2.000 pesos chilenos y 6.460 pesos argentinos.
En estos dos últimos casos, intervino el Juzgado Nacional en lo Criminal y Correccional Número 14, a cargo del doctor Darío Bonanno y ante la Secretaría 143 del doctor Alberto Gegunded, que dispuso trasladar a los detenidos a la dependencia de seguridad e incautar todos los elementos hallados.
