Seis integrantes de una red narco fueron detenidos en las últimas horas y se les incautó armas, entre ellas una ametralladora, en el marco de cinco allanamientos que se dieron en el Barrio 31 de Retiro, con el tapiado del búnker de droga número 34 en el último año de parte del Ministerio de Justicia y Seguridad.
“A los narcos que le arruinan la vida a la gente, los vamos a ir a buscar uno por uno”, aseguró el vicejefe de Gobierno porteño a cargo del Ministerio de Justicia y Seguridad, Diego Santilli.
El funcionario aseguró que “se llevan cerrados 34 búnkeres y nada nos va a parar hasta terminar con estas mafias”.
Por su parte, el secretario de Justicia y Seguridad porteño, Marcelo D’Alessandro, señaló que “este nuevo búnker que se logró desbaratar en el Barrio 31 demuestra la lucha irrestricta contra el narcotráfico que llevamos adelante desde el Ministerio junto a la Justicia, sacando miles de dosis que no van a llegar a nuestros jóvenes, devolviendo el espacio público a los vecinos, y la paz para que puedan vivir tranquilos en sus barrios”.
Personal de la Superintendencia de Seguridad Comunal de la Policía de la Ciudad fue requerido por el Ministerio Público para llevar adelante una serie de allanamientos en una causa para desarticular una organización dedicada a la venta de drogas en el barrio de Retiro.
Es así que se trasladó a los efectivos de la División Sumarios y Brigadas de Prevención de la Comuna 1 de la Policía de la Ciudad para cumplimentar con los allanamientos en domicilios ubicados dentro del Barrio 31.
Realizados los procedimientos se logró la detención de tres hombres y una mujer e incautar un total de 160 dosis de pasta base, 1.155 dosis de marihuana, 22 cigarrillos armados con cannabis, un frasco conteniendo la misma sustancia en su interior y 30 envoltorios paquetes fraccionados con cocaína.
Además durante la requisa se secuestraron seis teléfonos celulares, una pistola ametralladora FMK 3 con cargador y 18 municiones 9 milímetros y un rifle de aire comprimido.
Intervino la Unidad Fiscal Especializada en la Investigación de Delitos Vinculados con Estupefacientes, a cargo de la doctora Amil Martín, quien avaló los procedimientos y ordenó el traslado de los detenidos a dependencias de la Policía de la Ciudad y el tapiado del búnker donde se comercializaban los estupefacientes.
Los seis detenidos fueron imputados por infringir la Ley de Drogas (23.737) y a cuatro de ellas se les dictó la prisión preventiva.
En el último año, el Ministerio de Justicia y Seguridad lleva tapiados 34 búnkeres de droga en diferentes puntos de la Ciudad: 28 en el Barrio 31 de Retiro, 3 en el Barrio Zavaleta y 3 en el Barrio Mugica de Villa Lugano.
